Stone-coated roofing tiles are the premium end of steel roofing — pressed tile panels coated in natural stone chips over an aluminium-zinc base. They deliver the tiled look, outstanding weather resistance and a far longer service life than plain mabati.
Because panels are lightweight, they suit light-gauge steel or timber frames and put less dead load on the structure than concrete tiles — useful on larger spans and renovations.
Sold per square metre on Sasa Purerise — measure your roof area, order panels plus ridges and screws, and pay through escrow with funds released after delivery.
