Product details
32.5 grade Portland cement is the workhorse of Kenyan residential construction. Its moderate early strength and excellent workability make it the preferred grade for mortar, plaster, floor screeds, render and general fundi work where the higher strength of 42.5 cement is unnecessary — and more expensive.
Use it for block laying mortar, internal and external plaster, tile bedding, non-structural concrete and repair work. Each 50kg bag typically yields roughly 4–5 wheelbarrows of plaster mortar when mixed 1:6 with sand, or about 0.035m³ of medium-strength concrete.
